Hello, I'm Jeanette Nunn

I am a pensioner of ANZ as well as being Deputy Chair of the ANZ Pensioners Association in London. I manage the beach house at Bracklesham Bay West Sussex near Chichester on behalf of the ANZ Sports and Social Club.

The beach house, is a delightful three story house situated on the beach at Bracklesham Bay which is a comfortable two hour drive from London on the West Sussex coast, the surfing capital of the south coast.

The House consists of three large bedrooms and a bunk room, three bathrooms and a large kitchen and dining room and is fully self contained.

There is a large lounge with an outside deck overlooking the Isle of Wight and Portsmouth.. The ideal place to watch the sun go down with a glass of wine.

There is ample parking in front of house and garage.

All bedding is now back on the end of each of the beds now that the covid restrictions have been lifted. Please bring your own linen and towels as well as tea towels for your stay

Can you please ensure that all the correct sized duvets with either two/four pillows are left neatly on the end of each of the beds upon departure. This is to ensure that you have checked that all duvets are in the house as we have had some go missing recently.

Mattress Covers - It is now up to each family visiting to make their own decisions if they want to change and wash the mattress covers upon arrival. There are clean covers for each bed in every bedroom in the wardrobe. If you change them then please wash the dirty ones during your stay and return them back in the plastic bag and back into the wardrobe before your departure.

There are two Henry Hoovers one located in the airing cupboard and the other in the cupboard under the stairs on the ground floor with the Z bed, broom, bucket/mop, ironing board and iron.

We have a cleaner every Friday from June through to end of September. It is then fortnightly for the remainder of the year.

Please ensure the house is left clean and tidy on your departure. We would always welcome visitors to feel free to do a little more cleaning and maintenance i.e. cleaning kitchen cupboards, cleaning inside windows and sweeping up the patio. There is always plenty of things to do in the house. Also a big thank you to those guests who routinely do a little extra to help look after this wonderful asset that we can utilise.

The furniture should NOT be moved under any circumstances.

We do not supply cleaning materials so please ensure you bring adequate supplies with you including bleach so that the toilets and the kitchen sink are cleaned on your departure. Remember how you leave the house is a reflection on you for the next guests who arrive. If anyone does complain about the cleanliness of the house this is fed back to the visitors accordingly,
