Hello, I'm Jeanette Nunn
I am a pensioner of ANZ and I manage The beach house at Bracklesham Bay West Sussex near Chichester on behalf of the ANZ Sports and Social Club.
The beach house, is a delightful three story house situated on the beach at Bracklesham Bay which is a comfortable two hour drive from London on the West Sussex coast, the surfing capital of the south coast.
The House consists of three large bedrooms and a bunk room, three bathrooms and a large kitchen and dining room and is fully self contained.
There is a large lounge with an outside deck overlooking the Isle of wight and Portsmouth.. The ideal place to watch the sun go down with a glass of wine.
The kitchen on the ground floor is well stocked with all the necessary modern appliances including washing machine and seperate tumble dryer, dishwasher microwave, full size oven and hob.
Cleaning materials are not in abundance so would ask that you bring the necessary cleaning products to ensure the house is kept clean and tidy on your departure.
The Dining Room
The dining room seats up to 12 people and leads out to the extensive garden with outdoor seating and loungers with direct access to the beach
The entrance leads from the front door directly to the Dining Room, Kitchen and a bathroom. The Dining Room directly accesses a large garden with ample outdoor furniture.

The lounge has Sky TV and a DVD player complete with a large DVD library. It also has full internet connectivity.
The spacious airy lounge on the first floor opens out onto a large deck, with magnificent views of the beach and the Isle of Wight. Sitting here in the evening with a glass of wine watching the cruise ships sail past the Isle of Wight as the sun sets, is a truly magical experience.

There is ample parking in front of house and garage.
All the beds have mattress covers and under normal circumstances two/four pillows and a duvet on every bed.
However due to Covid we suggest you bring your own Duvets and pillows as well as your own Bedding/ Linen, tea towels and Towels. There is a small supply of some of these essentials in the Linen cupboard located on the first floor in case you forget something, but you must ensure they are washed and returned on your departure.
There are two Henry Hoovers one located in the airing cupboard and the other in the cupboard under the stairs on the ground floor with the Z bed, broom, bucket/mop, ironing board and iron.
We only have a cleaner every three weeks so please ensure the house is left clean and tidy on your departure. We would always welcome visitors to feel free to do a little more cleaning and maintenance i.e. cleaning kitchen cupboards, cleaning inside windows and sweeping up the patio. There is always plenty of things to do in the house. Also a big thank you to those guests who routinely do a little extra to help look after this wonderful asset that we can utilise.
Even though we do not expect furniture to have been moved, if you do need to, please ensure it is moved back to how you found it on your arrival.
We do not supply cleaning materials so please ensure you bring adequate supplies with you including bleach so that the toilets and the kitchen sink are cleaned on your departure. Remember how you leave the house is a reflection on you for the next guests who arrive. If anyone does complain about the cleanliness of the house this is fed back to the visitors accordingly,
Pricing for 2021
Please note that due to current Government guidelines and with West Sussex being in Tier 2, occupancy can only be for your own immediate “Bubble” with no mixing of households. This falls under normal restrictions with a maximum of 10 people, otherwise this will invalidate our Insurance policy and put a strain on services.
We will update this guidance on an ongoing basis in accordance with government guidelines.
Check in is from 14:00hrs on day of arrival and check out by 12:00hrs on day of departure.
We have taken the decision to increase the nightly rate by £10 a night with effect from 2021. Bookings during all of July through to the end of September can only be booked on a weekly basis Friday to Friday. This decision has been taken so that we have the house cleaned by our cleaners Molly Maid every Friday on change over day. For the remainder of the year, the house will be cleaned fortnightly.
